Find it odd the Medic has better armor than the Berserker? Shouldn't the medic run faster and the Berserker have better armor?
And is it possible to replace the "on fire" animation with something more subtle? Blocks my vision and drives me crazy.

I always find it strange when people consider the medic the tank, when it's the berserker that has the overall better survivability thanks to damage resistance on something that can be replenished (health).
And the medic can heal more effectively and much faster than the zerker. Medic is the tank because any Medic who knows what he is doing can outrun just about everything and stay healed.
Didn't know that bit about zerkers getting damage reduction on armor just seems a bit strange to me as i don't generally see alot of medics that rush in to heal someone, a few injections from the mp7 sure but if things get bloody on my end they just let me die. As for the fire i meant on the enemies not me, its annoying as hell when im in a hallway slashing at zeds and a firebug torches a few with 1-2 bits of ammo so i cant see the siren right behind the bloody gorefast i was trying to kill.Meh, after the Medic loses his armor, he's just meat for killing. Just like every other perk. But zerker gets the damage reduction to both his armor and his hp. So it all balances out.
And the medic already runs fast enough. It can escape a raging fp (I think) with a katana in hand.
The point of being "on fire" is exactly so that you can't see and that you're in lots of pain. Because, you know, fire blocks stuff from being seen clearly.

Bloats (if low lvl) Crawlers? Fleshpounds? really the berserker is overall pretty bad considering there are perks without weaknesses (SS) or bad against only one ZED or two (support, Commando). The chainsaw sucks and the katana can be used by other perks almost as effectively. So my point is berserker should be buffed since currently a medic slashing is better than zrker. Maybe Buff drastically the chainsaw so it doesn't only tickles ZEDs? im just sayingSirens and husks are your only weakness as a zerker.

Running away misses the point of tanking.
What i was getting at is that when they (firebugs) do that i cant see what else is headed towards me, drives me insane.The only thing that the zerker doesn't get damage resistance to is fire. That ****'ll melt a zerker through and through.
Also, if a siren's behind a gorefast, you're gonna have to get through the gorefast anyways, to get to the siren. Either way, if you're a zerker taking on a siren, leave it to the people with ranged weapons to do so. Sirens and husks are your only weakness as a zerker. Siren screams will also mess up your screen so you won't be able to see where you're aiming anyways, so them being on fire only helps kill them faster.
