Recently, I've been using console commands in an attempt to increase the max number of playerslots. I've mucked it up of course and now there are no perks and no extra playerslots. :(

How can I set everything to defaults again? Like, remove all the dodgy console commands I've done?

Thanks in advance! :):IS2:

If you go to your WebAdmin "Defaults" link, and then click on "Server", there is a reset button at the bottom. I've not tried using the reset buttons there, but perhaps that will suffice?

Restarting the server process will reset it. I don't know a console command to restart the server. Simply restarting a map does not fix it. Is there a console command to make ucc quit and restart itself? If not you need cpanel access to restart the server process or remote access to the host.

you could just delete your KillingFloor.ini and make a copy of the default.ini and rename it to KillingFloor.ini

but that will reset ALL of your stuff, like its a new server, so if you have mutators, or map lists you'll have to redo them. what i try to do is keep a backup of killingfloor.ini before i try something so i dont have to start all over again from the default.ini, it shouldnt take more than 15 minutes to get everything back how you had it though

Fiddling with the killingfloor.ini would be in my system folder, wouldn't it?

No good, this server is being hosted elsewhere and I have webadmin access.

I'll see if I can get Drakioned (the one who lent me the server) to sort it out/give advice. :) Pity he's on an AFK spree. :(

yes the server's system folder. default.ini is basically the killingfloor.ini but it doesn't have any of the changes you put into your server. you probably can't fix it from webadmin
