Any tutorials about adding cosmetic items for Zeds or Characters

I have made some items which i am wanting to add to the game for cosmetics. But i can not figure out how to add the item to the characters in the SDK.

When you say "cosmetic items for zeds" that just gave me the mental imagine of a bunch of clots running around wearing Sports Jerseys (for the team rival to your favorite, of course)

Or some unpopular internet culture or political thing. Brony zeds with MLP T-shirts, Zeds wearing trollface and rage-comic masks, zeds with fedoras and neckbeards who march along saying "Not all men!". Zeds with swastika tattoos!

Not that I advocate violence against any real-world fandom or political organization. Highly opinionated zeds, on the other hand... :IS2:
