[Music] any good modern bands?

do any of you guys know modern bands that actually play rock that sound like classic rock(such as JET and the mooney suzuki, and to a lesser extent razorlight)?

i dont want modern punk crap like boys like girls and fob, and i dont like metal(but i like some glam, like a few songs here and there)

WHAT, you haven't heard of The Black Keys before? Sincerest band I've discovered in a long time. There is no pretense whatsoever. They just play straight-up blues-rock from the heart, they're only in it for the music. The band consists of only two people; Dan Auerbach and Pat Carney. The guitars have a killer tone and the drumming is groovy. They can actually play their instruments! You can just tell they know and love their blues. They're kinda underrated at the moment so if you like their music, get their stuff - all of their albums are good. If you like your music raw 'n dirty, check 'em out.

well my favorite bands are acdc, the who, the clash, yes, led zep, van halen with DLR. i have a few deep purple songs. dont like sabbath ,maiden, or any of those type of groups.

btw, thx for the black keys pretty sick band.
blitzen trapper is also pretty good just got a couple of their songs

I've been listening to The Black Keys too for about a month now. At first I thought they were kinda good, maybe great in a few years time, but listening to more of their songs I really really really like them.
