This is after the newest Patch, 1.05.
Queen of the Ocean has unlocked for me, and my game now shows 100% completion, instead of 99%.
However, with this, three trophies will still not unlock: Science Experiment, Entertained to Death, and Tourist. The landmark that showed up as not collected back on previous patches was in Caviar Key.
Not much else, just trying to get the Platinum.
