The game looks exceptionally weird for me, kinda like this:

The glitch is identical, but the suggested fix does not work.

I basically cannot play, not even on the lowest settings, and this is weird because I could play KF1 on ultra and most games on at least medium/high.

Discovered the fix; game was being routed to Integrated Graphics via auto-select; switching to my Nvidia card fixed it.

How do you go about doing that? I think I have the same problem but I can't figure out how to switch which graphics card its using

Can confirm switching primary cards works! I use NVIDIA, I went into the NVIDIA control panel and switched in the "preferred graphics processor" drop down. Instant smooth graphics. :D

I do not have an Nvida card. Is there another solution besides pulling up a video card interface?

This only works for people with multiple cards and the game is routing to the bad one (Intel cards usually).

They will need to release a fix for Intel cards specifically; Intel cards do not seem to be able to handle the graphics at all REGARDLESS of setting.

EDIT: Note, this isn't necessarily Tripwire's fault. Intel are well-known to produce really buggy graphics cards that don't handle things like mipmaps properly at all.

This ^
Intel HD GPU's are not really game worthy.
