An Unknown Steam error is preventing you from connecting to this server

Hi,

When I try to join a game, I get the message "An Unknown Steam error is preventing you from connecting to this server. If the problem persists please contact Valve for support."

I tried to exit Steam, delete ClientRegistry.blob, restart Steam and KF, but it didn't help.

Any ideas?

Have you tried against multiple servers? I've had Steam errors against individual servers, but the majority of servers have always worked.

I just tried multiple servers - same error.

When I got time, I'll reinstall KF and see if that helps.

Reinstalling KF solved it.

Tried this 2 didn't work
