11.10 is out as well... i'm downloading 11.10 from guru3d.com 11.10 if for battlefield 3

I think that Dest was referring to how BF3 has got its own AMD GPU driver release which is the 11.10 preview. The release notes refer to game performance in the BF3 beta. Nice beta driver with beta game....

Oh thats rough man. 11.9 and 11.10 are out as well? I can defiantely say I saw a tiny performance boost when I got 11.8 for my 5870 for RO2. If 11.10 is a beta driver for BF3 I would probably get 11.9 1st and see what kind of result you get, then give 11.10 a go.
Didn't get any performance improvement with my 6950 which was expected because there is a major problem with the GAME.
The 11.9 release is official and fully-supported.
The 11.10 is a Beta release and is the most up to date, though there may be problems for some people.
Well when I downloaded 11.8 it seemed to have reduced the load time on map changes in RO2, even on 64 man server but it still loads me in later than any one else though so.
So the cats 11.9 don't fix the stats and sound in RO2? Typical.
Yes because I said performance improvements as in graphical performance, so clearly I'm taking about weapon stats. Moron.

I did a small benchmark this morning with the old ones, then popped in the new ones. These are my results. They are in no way an indication of intended performance on any hardware. This is with a Q6600 and a 5870 on Win 7. I did a scripted flythrough on barracks on high settings.
