I don't get it, if they're starting the game without you, so what?.. Then it's obvious that they don't care if you are in the game or not. And then why would they wait for your computer to load the map?

They shouldn't get punished only because your comp/network is slow, that's obvious. Even if you are living somewhere in nowhere were the internet sucks, why should they get punished for that?

Get a new computer/network-speed or move somewhere were the network is good if it's so important for you.

OR actually play as nice as you can and help your friends as much as possible, then, they WILL care for you (If not, you shouldn't play with them).

Seriously there is no need for a new mechanic that lets people join mid-wave only on the first. Too many ifs, too many buts and above all, too many whys. The first wave is short, everyone at some time or other has joined in wave 7-10 just after they start and they last much longer. So tell me, why even bother with a system for wave 1 only? Its not long till people start begging for it to be on all waves or mutators are made to abuse it.

And it is fair to the other players for the last one to join with 3 specimens left and they get a full share because they happened to login before the wave ended?

As for having no money, wave one is the worst for cash.

I can't believe the reasons why people are pushing for this. They want the very little cash for the tiny amount of time they spend in the wave and they don't want to wait the minute or less for the shortest wave in the game.
