All perks wiped

Logged in today to find all of my perks and progress reset back to zero. support still hasnt gotten back to me. any known fixes or anything?

hello I recently got killing floor 2 on epic games and it turns out that if I have atleast 5 perks over 20 the game crashes the only way to fix the problem is deleting all data files and wiping all of the perks, is there any other way to fix this bug?

note: my pc had 222 free gb and i still had to wipe out all perks to play the game
