All-perk weapons

I'm thinking of adding weapons that don't really belong to any of the seven perks. All-perk weapons are basically weapons that are not assigned to any perk. Combat SMGs could fall under this category. Additional pistols could fall also fall under this category. Heavy machine guns as well (NOT assault rifles). And possibly, if TWI decides to implement, Horzine prototype weapons will also belong here.

Because the All-perk weapons are not assigned, they have no specific bonuses on them. No discounts, no damage increase, etc. However, Commandos may want to use a machine gun and take advantage of his decreased reload bonus for all weapons. A Support Specialist may also want to carry a machine gun because of his increased carry capacity.

What do you guys think?

I propose that while the weapons do not belong to any perk, that perks get their perk-weapon bonuses added onto it. i.e. commando gets larger mags on LMGs, due to the LMG working like their weapons, while support gets more ammo, maybe a whole 100rnd mag more in the style of the LAW getting another rocket.

Horzine Prototype Weapons could get extra ammo for FireBug, and so on, because with this, FireBug could get a boost.

So, instead of no-perk weapony, they become generic weaponry? That's been suggested before D:

But it is good. Not sure what sharpshooter would get though (meh, they don't need anything ).

Suggested before? Oh well, i guess great minds think alike:D

Yeah, sharpie is fine as it is. Except maybe a bolt-action sniper rifle, with Xbow ammo size and a scope, with damage like the LAR and a 5-round mag size, reloaded via clip.

Mosin Nagant anyone?

That, is all that sharpie needs. A rifle with a scope.
Not a Tier 4 strength weapon, but an alternative to the Xbow.

There's no need for more powerful weaponry, but a larger selection of Tier 1 and 2 is fine.
