All perk levels reset

All of my perk levels were reset to 0 but I kept all my cosmetics. My vault has $0 in it.

thanks for the reply but I failed to mention in my post that I play on Xbox one, I’m going to re-download the game and hopefully that works because it’s allowing me to gain xp at level 0, I initially figured that joining a server and having it register gained xp would jump it back but it did not
