I only remember a laughter. I was playing at hard difficulty I guess, and for the previous "3" maps my team wasn't capable of getting rid of Patriarch. He always wiped us all, probably one or more of the players lack experience or someone somehow secretly sabotaged the game at Pat wave. Have no idea, no one said anything about it, or blamed each other. We had 3 low ranks (3rd, 2nd) and 3 high ranks in our team, may be that's why we lacked the firepower to stop Patriarch.
I remember that I was really infuriated by this. Didn't shout someone or write in caps at chat, but I was simply grasped by rage. At the third wipe, I wanted Patriarch dead, and it will happen in an instant I said. KF-offices start we were pretty cool for 10 waves, then Pat wave started. My squad decided to hold the second floor, above floor of the entry since trader point was there already. Then Patriarch spawned at the roof floor. I was expecting him to jump down from the third floor to the ground and reach us from the below stairs. He didn't, we stared at each other for 3 straight minutes. He didn't show up.
Finally commando decided to look for 'im climbed the stairs to the third floor. I deliberately called him back, told him that I don't want anymore wipes, he didn't answer. After a minute I saw Patriarch dying cinematic, in a dark place, just a tiny glimpse that lasted a second then ZED time triggered for end game. I asked, "what the hell happened?", Commando replied "he fell, while chasing me". Yes, Patriarch dropped down to the pitch black void at the buildings backyard from the third story while chasing our Commando around the tables and chairs, he failed to jump again in time and slipped away from the edge that's what killed him. Whole team didn't even pulled the trigger, I laughed in joy.
