Oh boy, where do I start. So I couldn't find anything on HoE so I tried Suicidal and found something. It's departed and I join in for wave 4, there are 2 supps and 1 FB, so I go sharp. The guy, let's call him bubba, says where they're holding up (the room where you weld the door to the right and it's a 1 way) and how I need to stay away from the door. I dislike that place but ok. He tells people that they're standing too close to the door and generally acting bossy. Wave 5 starts and I try to kill some scrakes but the supps are aa12ing the scrakes, even when I stun it with the bow. This continues and when wave 7 starts I ask who's going to take care of the FPs, bubba says he will. Guess what, that means AA12ing 4-5 man Sui FPs. Also the start of wave 7, the FB swtiched to supp and he said something like "aahh, we lost our fire support." I'm honestly surprised that more people didn't die, one on wave 10 and 2 on Pat. So, being a masochist, I stick around for the next game which turns out to be mountain pass. I go sharp from the start. Bubba goes commando until FP's start. He also called another sharp a "terribad," but I wasn't there when it happened so I can't really comment. Then guess what, I hear a m99. I ask and.... bubba says it's him. Well, I chuckle to myself. Then, he pretty much well let the demo die once and was acting like a kill whoring jerk a lot. After I start knifing stuff out of boredom he starts doing the same. Naturally he didn't give any of his money to other people when they joined or when they died. Then I think the next round after that he's talking about scrub this and scrub that etc etc. So I say it's pretty funny that someone who aa12's scrakes and uses the m99 to be calling other people scrubs. Bubba does NOT like this. "Haters gonna hate." Then goes on to mention how he has more achievements and more kills and how he doesn't give a ****. While I hate the phrase I said, "he mad." Bubba replies with "you think this is funny?" I lol to myself but keep on playing as the wave is just about to start. It's wave 10/10, I start playing more aggressive(rather than being laid back and being more supportive), and kill most of the FPs, a good bit of the scrakes and some trash. Patty gets here, I go zerk to practice my melee locking, I don't die and lock him a little. After all that I said, "Bubba, git gud" and left.

Rarely do I ever do stuff like this, but man, bubba was a real grade A piece of work (to put it nicely). While I've only seen videos, he sort of reminded me of someone who's name starts with 'L,' take that as you will.

@Larktongues42: I think you overreacted about M99 usage but using AA12 on 4-5p Sui FP was a bit on the scrub side.

As for being bossy, to be honest I love to be the leader in KF. Don't get me wrong I wasn't a selfish one; I always spared cash, gave people guns, healed others when I d*ck around with 10 hp, tanked and softened the big targets and all...

As for my story... well... I uninstalled the game, been a good run so far. I'll be around for a while before vanishing.

The thing is that, he let other people die, he aa12's SCs and FPs, he was complaining about other people's sharp skills but yet even with the m99 he missed headshots on scrakes, he was always asking for money (for the m99), he was bossing people around like he was a hot shot, calling people scrubs and other negative terms, and acting like a kill whoring jerk that put other people in danger. I don't really mind some badness (we've all been there), but when people act like royal jerks, a good slap over the head is in order.

That lag between when he spawns and attacks you while still camed in on him is bullcrap. You simply cannot defend against it unless you know EXACTLY where cover is and gently move toward blindly.

Playing Bedlam Suicidal, camping in hallway next to spawn. Have 5-man team up until about wave 9 (doing well, no issues), now have about 4 players left. Mid-wave medic says "I should probably swap perk".
Trader time, another person leaves, so it's just me as Support (because I died during the wave (was demo)) a commando and now the medic switches to commando as-well.
So wave 10 with 2 mandos and me supp.
I figure I have to take all big guys. I'm pre-damaging and jumpshotting Scrakes when suddenly double FP spawn to the right. Do combo on the first. The second, raged from a grenade, goes down from combined fire.
Team still has pretty much full health & armor surprisingly, we do well until about 30 zeds left when it happens. Triple FP spawn.
Get zero warning this time, suddenly they appear at the small hallway door-frame.
Everyone spams nades and I start firing off Hunting alt-fires, manage to get first FP straight off, second is raging at me, blast it away with hunting as-well. First mando has died in the frenzy and probably from grenade splashback. I die from final raging FP.
Last mando gets stuck on a door because his computer freezes up from the chaos.
Wiped at 23 zeds remaining.

Believe me, we tried. Problem is, almost all of us, including me, kinda paniced, turned around and shot him. The problem was, this move triggered his AoE attack, when 3 or more players stand near him and atleast someone attacks him. 4 players down in less than 10 secs into pattywave. We wiped 15 secs later.

That's pretty rough. Sounds like that Medic turned Commando screwed up the balance; he would have been better off as Demo probably.
I'd always figured having the right mix of perks must be really important on Sui/HoE, even on a 6-man team. On Hard and below it's still important of course, but with a team of 5 or 6 you can afford 1 or 2 out-of-place perks, like an extra Medic or Commando.

Ah, so players ARE still able to move when the camera switches to the Patriarch for his introduction. Neat.
I like the sig quote, by the way. :)

'Twas funny though, I just kept repeating "Oh my god, oh my f**king god, oh my god"

At least it was still better than me. Caused all but 3 people to die in the last 2 rounds because bad. The second time I was mucking around with my headset so I could hear what Lacky was saying, and that damned FP came out of nowhere and made me his b*tch. Ilki2scrub

So I'm nub and haven't ever completed a suicidal map nevermind a HoE one. In my defense I only ever tried twice.

No matter that's not the fail I came to talk about.

So the 'new' maps for the latest xmas event are released so a buddy and I decide to try get the map achievements. Starting at normal on Hell and he goes L4 mando and I'm L5 FB both trying to level our perks at the same time. Get to wave 6 and just after the trader closes I lose connection. By the time I get back he has wiped. No matter, We try again on normal Forgotten.

Make it all the way the patty and I swap to L5 Demo. I lay pipes on both ends of the small bridge in the what felt like the middle of the map which we've been holding the entire time. I go and wait for the pat to spawn inbetween the pipes thinking, this ought to be enough distance between me and the pipes and if I see him coming I'll run back a bit more before setting off the pipes with him on it using my LAW.

What happened next neither of us expected.

The Patty animation starts to play. Next thing I blow up. I'm like wtf happened there?! Before the words are cold I respawn and the Patty dying animation plays. Your squad survived. I'm still a bit wtf at the whole thing but we lol'd. I realised afterwards the Patty spawned on my pipe trap. :p

No chance :D

So I've taking a break from KF due to college stuff. Figured I'd just play one night of the weekend because I have finals... Pubs... Never have I felt so must distrust and annoyance in HoE games. It was in Hell. As a supp I ask the zerker for a katana and that I can pay him. Doesn't respond, no yes or no, no nothing and I asked him while everyone was waiting at the trader. The medic with a musket just rages a FP and then it eats all of his armor while he continuously rages it turn after time again. The same medic predamages SCs so when I'm trying to clear trash around a SC it rages and I can't pull off a JS. A zerker messes up on a SC and gets the sharp killed. While I'm trying to cover my side, I get pushed 10 feet and then get over run by zeds that have pushed other people back 50 feet.. I go sharp the next round, trader times ends at the trader. FP spawns right by us and if it doesn't get dealt with it's going to LoS rage. I look around and I see people around me that's facing my direction (aka they see me) so I turn around and take out the FP with a bow and then turn around and get trashed to death. At that point I said good luck and left.

*pulls out what is remaining of his hair*

Guarding the Super Missile
Towards the end of my experiences trying to get my last few level 2s to level 3, I was spending some time on Normal KF-WestLondon. One match, I was surprised to see a level 6 Demo join us.

His mic indicated a child's voice (no older than 14 I'd say), he begged for money after every wave, and I watched him a bit once he had an M32; he frequently fired grenades at blunt impact distance or at a close enough distance that the blast would consume over half his health.

In a late wave, three team members ragequit after death. While playing a Demo myself, I repeatedly told the two Commandos (and the MEDIC, for ****'s sake) not to magdump ARs on the FPs, to just let me handle them, I could combo them and kill them before anyone would even get hurt. Still they continued to do so, and it got them killed, and they ragequit. I managed to rescue the last one from the last FP, but seconds later as he tried to run and heal, a Crawler ate his last sliver of health. I was left to solo the 50 remaining zeds, quite battered myself.
"That was such bull****," he said through text chat.
"You deserved it. I warned you not to shoot them," I typed back while kiting.
"Oh well, good luck with what's left," he said, and left, leaving me alone in the server. Yeah, thanks, asshole. Wiped with 30 zeds remaining. :(

Please don't go bald. Thats pretty aweful though. I'll bet they wiped the very next wave or that wave you left.

GG Pubs.

Killing Floor Fails - Pub Floor : Episode 18 - YouTube

I've noticed a LOT of badness in Hell. Maybe because people who don't really play KF that much are trying to farm the achievements. Every game I've played (well, really just try to) in Hell has been chaotic and full of durp.

Edit: Not that I'm some shining example of proness by any stretch. Please don't get that idea. ;_;

So I joined a sever on Icebreaker, a dumb level 1 (probably a cod kiddie) joined, and this pissing match ensued.
Spoiler!

I was scrubbing it up again... I was playing with some people from the forum actually (very good people btw). I've been using the m14+LAR combo lately. I hadn't had a change to practice with the xmas models(new to me, at least), but Ive played some with a IRL friend on hard and I could kill FPs with the m14 on there. Someone else and I were holding an area and he was like the FP's all yours. Naturally I thought I could take the FP. Well I ended up getting hugged, hard and ended up dead. It was one of those I got this guys moments. pffffft And before that I messed up a damned miniflinch lock on a scrake, gg me. Well, today I finally could around to practice m14ing FPs with the christmas model, when I realize that the laser doesn't show up on their heads (which previously I had been using it to take out FPs), but I got it. Sometimes I just plain suck though.

lool I can imagen this. I have done a similar way but I said to my team that I was taking the fp 1v1 so don't touch it. I wanted to prove how the M14 sharp can take the FP before it touches anyone...I did it after the second time or so. There is always one time when you miss the head and know that if you hit that one shot, you would of survived and laughing as you leak from your backside due to how close it was. Some of my best DAMN moments is them :p

My favourite is still the random fp raging around the corner and trying to target me and I accidently single 9mm shot it and it dies as I run with a knife. Priceless moment :D
