All of my paid for DLC and earned inventory is gone since patch 1.54

Since the update all my paid for DLC is gone, my inventory screen is constantly populating but never loads, and my store has no items available for purchase. All my weapon skins are gone and if I alter my character gear, I lose my earned items that I currently have equipped. Really hoping I'm not the only one on PS4 experiencing this issue.

Your inventory is stored in the cloud and is associated with your account. What is most likely happening here is you are having trouble reaching the backend due to a connection issue.
