All my perk been reset

All my perk was reset without me doing anything what can i do ? I got 200h of play so i dont like to loose all my perk like this !!!

Hi,

what I've done when this happened was, I just played with every single perk and made some progress, than restarted the game and it was updated to the state it was before the reset.
