As discussed in prior posts, I'd rather just have the welder/syringe assigned different numbers instead of being assigned to the same number.

go to your kf directory and find the user.ini in the system folder.

....\steam\steamapps\common\killingfloor\System\user.ini

change the lines....

5=SwitchWeapon 5
6=

to

5=getweapon kfmod.Syringe
6=getweapon kfmod.Welder

Yeah that would work if thats all you want to do.

true you couldn't unweld with my idea. It was more of a passing thought really. just annoying to switch between the 2 when playing support.

weld door, heal team mate then back to weld door.
