When i type 'Adminchangemap tefallenfighters' it takes abnormally long to load and hangs on the connecting screen.

unless its just a typo I believe there supposed to be a dash between te and the name of the map. Otherwise maybe someone with more exp can help ya.

admin open mapname
admin servertravel mapname (might have changed to localtravel :p)
admin changemap mapname

make sure to type the mapnames correctly or things could go wrong.
