Acidic Rounds: Change its damage type

I personally use Acidic Rounds myself just cuz I hate Gorefiends and Husks enough to be willing to have the mindset of "chip damage is still damage", but I also know that against anything stronger than a clot, the Poison damage type is actually not all that great.

Because of this, I wonder if it'd be worth it to change the DoT damage type of Acidic Rounds from Poison to Ballistic_AssaultRifle

That way, the DoT ticks will end up being much more effective against medium zeds while still being worthless against the larges you shouldn't be poisoning anyways.

Poison needs a serious buff.
I think TWI/Saber should be careful with how Poison gets buffed, since it's weak on purpose to discourage its usage against large zeds. However, since we have some enemy types that seem to exist to annoy the player rather than actually be a satisfying challenge to overcome, well... to quote myself on the matter...
"chip damage is still damage"

Personally, I think medic grenade and Healthrower DoT can remain as weak as it is, though the reason why I think Acidic Rounds specifically should get a buff is that if you're picking that instead of Focus Injection, then you're more likely counting on your chip damage to actually save you and your team a few bullets on medium zeds. Because of this, I don't think the Acidic Rounds skill should use Poison damage but instead Assault Rifle damage, so as to actually deal meaningful damage to mediums while still being bad at damaging scrakes and fleshpounds
