Achievements?

Since this game comes out on Steam, I am wondering if it will have achievements?
If not, then would it be possible to see them in an update later on?
Personally I love achievements, they give this weird urge for me to play the game non stop to achieve them.
I don't see a reason not to put them in the game, since their put in pretty much all the new games today, and even more games that are on Steam get them.
Heck even Unreal Tournament 3 received Steam achievements with it's latest Titan update.

Wonder if there is a shish-ke-bab achievement, something like killing two or more specimen with the same crossbow bolt or something to that effect.

LoL this is like ressurecting somewho who halfdrowned, came back to life from the brink of death, died later of old age, got cremated, uncreamated themselves, rose again from the grave as a zombie, got its head blown off by a shotgun and taken up into space for a space burial, got rebuilt again using the nanomachines from Jason X, then got blown out the airlock and crash landed back to earth before getting blown to smithereens in a test nuclear explosion.
