achievement not recorded

Hello,

two days ago i played Killing Floor, on map kf_waterworks on Hell on Earth difficulty in solo mode.
When i made it, i got the achievement in the Killing Floor's in-game achievement system, but didnt get it on Steam's achievement management system. What is the problem?

I will send some links about my profile and some screenshots about this problem.
I cleared the level @ Jun 28, 2011 @ 7:51am as you can see in the pictures' taken time.

Some hours later this achievement was disappearing from in game stats, too!
WTF was happening?

i made it again and got the achievement, but it is still a bug though.

I also didn't recieve an achievement at all for completing a Long Normal game on Abusement Park.

I haven't received achievements for surviving the Siren's scream for 10 seconds and killing a Husk with a L.A.W.

And I saw that Husk go FLYING.
