Did you recently have trouble with a cheater activity?
People crashing your servers? Quickly generating great amounts of money?
Insta-gibbing zeds? Team killing? Passing through walls?
If the answer to any of that is yes, then Acedia 0.1 might be for you.

Right now it is a mod that provides a simple collection of various bug and exploit fixes.
(Although it's scope will grow in the future).
It doesn't patch every possible hole in the game, but it does get away with the most popular ways to break the game and more fixes will be added in the future.
It's great points are:
  1. You can chose to enable or disable every single fix it provides;
  2. Every fix changes as little as possible, not replacing any Pawn, Controller or GameInfo classes, making it compatible with most mods;
  3. It runs as server-only mod, that doesn't affect whitelist status of your server for your clients: all perk and achievement progression is working properly.

To be more precise the fixes are for:
  • Generating money through selling ammo;
  • Generating money through buying/selling dual pistols;
  • Friendly-fire kills (but without breaking environmental damage sources);
  • Crashing servers through dosh, grenade, spectator spam;
  • Killing zeds and passing through walls with dosh;
  • Infinite grenades exploit;
  • Possible lags upon leaving zed time.
Installation instructions:
  1. Drop contents of `System/` into the `System/` directory on your server;
  2. Drop config file from `config/` into the `System/` directory on your server;
  3. Add `Acedia.StartUp` to the list of ServerActors in your `KillingFloor.ini`. Do not manually add `Acedia.Acedia` mutator.
  4. (Optionally) Pick which features to use by changing autoEnabled setting for each of them.
