In the interest of fairness, everyone has to get a reset mate. I know it's probably bad in your case, but if the reset wasn't general, and only for those who wanted instead, many people who have been affected by the bug would take advantage of the situation.
And your point is? Let them take advantage of it, it isn't my problem, and it isn't yours either. If someone having more stats than you is that important to you, you need to be playing a different game.
I don't want to sound like a dick, but why should we have to keep our messed up and not true stats, just so you can keep yours? Nearly everybody has stats that are not their own.
If you would've read my post you would've found out that I think there should be an optional reset, so people like you could reset their stats while leaving those of us who don't want to see 30 hours go down the drain unaffected.

Time is something no one ever gets back. That's 30 hours I could've spent doing something else, and now it's worth nothing.
Personally, I won't be playing RO2 in the future. I'm not spending 60 total hours (30 + 30) on a silly game because TWI decided that the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
It's not worth double the work just to get my original stats back. Why did I even play the game at all?
If I knew the stats were going to be reset, I wouldn'tve put 30 hours through countless bugs and crashes. I simply would've waited until everything had been fixed. But I'd been promised that my time would be put towards a future advantage, and now that's been taken away.
I'm extremely disappointed that I won't be able to enjoy my favorite game this year.
