Is the player "(TW)I-Liek-Hax" really a member of TW staff?
No offense to this player if he is, but a name like that - and the way he was playing (and scoring) - would raise anyone's eyebrows.

Yes adequate spectating tools is a must imo, to catch cheaters AND to reduce any hacker paranoia that might otherwise exist. People need to be able to hop into spec and put their minds at rest over cheaters, otherwise it creates a negative atmosphere and real cheaters obviously are harder to detect without the right tools. This could be optional though for servers that want to avoid ghosting, but its better to have the possibility of ghosting but a less negative or paranoid server and fewer cheaters. They could just set 0 spectator slots I guess.
Minimum things should be a button to press that allows you to select from a menu any alive player, and then for the camera to stay on him from first person view (or 3rd if you want) preferably even when he dies so you can get a long demo of his normal play. You need to be able to record easily and get steam id easily linked to his name and for it to be visible in the demo.
ATM I believe you have to left click through all the players until you find the guy and it doesn't even say the players name, and you must do it each time he dies, and I dunno if you can get his steam ID and prove that the guy you're spectating is the guy whos ID you have.

Do you have a link to their Steam Community Profile? I was unable to find any accounts by that persona.
