Since many gamers out there doesn't seem to be looking for other people with the same problem as themselves, I thought I might start a new thread with the workaround I manged to figure out. 
Anyway, here's how you do it:
Open the console at the main menu and type: open SP-12_RedOctoberFactory_Ger it will load the next level and you will unlock the Allied Campaign after completing the level (Remember to have capital letters at SP, Red, October, Factory and Ger, otherwise it will not find the corresponding map file).
It might make the game to skip the intro movie before the mission and the one after the mission is complete as well (for some it do not skip the movies).
If it do that, you just have to play through the last German level and restart the game, then the intro/outro movies should be back.
