I'm afraid I was suffering from exhaustion of the cringe muscles after about 1 minute.
Searched for him, pretty funny.
I did some more research on the UFO pilot and discovered that he actually used to be a successful Thai boxer. After his boxing career, he got derailed and became homeless and addicted to drugs. These days he earns his money by telling surreal stories on the streets of Utrecht.
Too bad, he seems like a nice guy. Here's a video on him showing some boxing of him, it's in Dutch though.

Wow, that was sad. When that armored vehicle rolled up at around 8:24, it felt like I was watching something taken out of some crazy dystopia.
The novelty here is that they use those "sonic arrays" against peaceful protesters...
