A right clicking question

Hey i defiently know this is a noobie question but i just can't work it out.

Ok well when i right click in the level editor nothing happens? i mean i can't right click box or any thing like that. So i cant add a player start actor?

Spam right click in the same place?

Select your Actor first?

Lol no even if i spam nothing happens i have it on camera movement and surly something should come up when i right click in any view port?

also i would like to add that when i make a box and subtract it i can't select the faces? nothing happens when i click them. also i have tried reinstalling it but no?
