I have a question for the Dev team. Other people can chime in with an answer if you can cite where you got the information. In other words, I'm not looking for speculation.

So we know about how the PPSh has 3 levels, each of which is a different load out.

So in the server options-

1. Can we turn off the leveling system all together, or simply cap it off at a certain level?

2. If we can turn it off, how will weapons be chosen and distributed?

3. If we cannot turn it off, is the level cap chosen for each side individually, or both at the same time?

Other questions-

As we level up, can we pick and choose elements from previous level's load outs, or must we stick with the load out in its entirety. IE...If I have level 3 PPSH unlocked, can I choose a select fire PPSH with box mags rather than drums?

I am not asking details about class load outs and upgrades, I too want to be surprised about several new things added to the game. However, I feel that these are important questions, that if answered, will kill a lot of the hate from realism players. Me included.

These are VERY valid questions, especially given the disturbance in the force over the last couple of days regarding the large amount of rare/fantasy weapons and features that we now know are in the game.

If there is an easy 1-2 click method for turning all of that stuff off at once, I'll feel a bit better.

I don't know if this will help, but under the section "Clan Match Settings," it looks like you can set the maximum Class Rank that a player can have. You can also set the maximum level of Weapon Proficiency. I'm not sure exactly how those are implemented in the game, but you might be able to find something in that document.

That document was pretty much leaked as I understood it and one shouldn't take for granted that everything in it will be there on release.

That's true. But even if it's not 100% accurate, I still think it's a decent resource for what will most likely be in the game.

The idea is that what is in that document might not get in to the release, but at least later. Perhaps some modification of stuff but people get the general idea of what the goal is =).

For a person who is in a Realism unit, and wants to play realism, this document shows me a lot of good things.

1. The ability to delay or turn off death messages
2. The ability to turn off Peripheral Action
3. The ability to disable spotted enemy icons
4. The ability to turn off weapons
5. The ability to disable certain roles (classes)
6. The ability to cap off rank levels
7. The ability to cap off weapon proficiency levels
8. The ability to set amount of weapons
9. The ability to change the damage of anything in the game

Here are some questions I have based on these findings.

What are weapon attachments going to be unlocked by? Weapon Proficiency? or Rank level?

Can we turn off attachments like weapons, or are we going to have to limit them with the level caps?
