Join your server. Play for a while. At some point, does every single person in the server's ping spike to above 120-130, with many in the 200+ range?
The answer is probably yes. This means YOUR SERVER CANNOT HANDLE 64 PLAYERS. Sorry to break it to you, but you need to face facts.
Turn your servers down to 48 slots, or 44. See there are still lag problems. I'm tired of having gameplay ruined by half-hour-long lagspikes where hit registration goes to **** and it becomes impossible to kill anyone with a bolt. After trying it, people will probably also agree that the maps play better with a slightly lower playercount - they just aren't designed to hold 64 people.
