I think he does have something over her eyes, as far as echo location thaht would make sense for the siren but what about the flesh pound?

Doesn't the fleshpound have something over his eyes to? All the questions left unanswered.
They still have noses and ears...
but when they are enraged they are capable of picking out a single person from the team (which shot it), and doing that even around, corners/when the team has moved.
She can hear us shouting "New maging!", "Give me a sec!", "Money, money, money", "I want drug NOW!" and our gunshot.
