Several places where you can easily clip through terrain on bunkers in various maps. First spot is Hanto, slightly middle to right side (for the Japanese) bunker in the first Allied objective area. I didn't get a map location but it's easy to find.

There was more but I was too busy enjoying the game, not nameless bug testing.
The other two seem to be some older bugs that carried over. I had one case where I saw teammates soaring through the air when presumably dying from enemy grenades (heard grenades go off there). There was no artillery going on at the moment for either side.
When Squad Leaders (Thanks, Cwivey - I'm blind) call for ammo, the icon is enlarged on the player and spawn map.
