A couple of notes/Ideas

Firstly, If this is in the wrong section I apologize. It sorta fits in both general and Ideas... anywho:


1) The lighting on Fallen fighters is incorrect, with the sun in the northern hemisphere. While this isn't that big a problem (and could be solved by switching the names of the parks) it is rather confusing for visitors to our (Australian servers) from America/Europe. (On a side note, would it be possible to make the radar more like a compass with easily Identifiable directions?)
2) Spawn only once clicked ready. This is quite annoying due to the wave spawn mechanic, which means if you are unlucky enough to be unable to click ready before spawn, you have to wait a whole 16 seconds (gasp!).
3) Voice chat: Team only. Why would this be when RO1 had team/global/local chat, local chat or squad chat would be really handy for team management.
4) Night lighting is much too bright. This is very obvious (especially as on Red October factories the moon is a tiny sliver) and forces maps to be played as they would if it were day time. I think the game would be much better with a darker night, because this would: a) avoid your getting shot whilst running through streets in barracks, such as at the start of the dreaded countdown and b) Force firefights to focus on indoors, so that pockets of resistance are focused on areas with the easiest identifiable approaches, completely changing the way the game is played (IMO, for the better).

TL;DR: incorrect lighting (minor complaint), Click to spawn = bad, Voice chat options needed & Night lighting should be darkened to enhance gameplay and give refreshing change from high visibility matches.

There is a reason for this. If you spawn and then choose class you suicide.

So that players can insult the other team? what exact purpose would something like this have?
