RO has gone from the #27 most played online game to #6 in the last week because of the KillingFloor mod/game.

KF is in 9th place, I believe. RO is 18th. Not bad actually. We'll see once this month ends...you know, when the initial hype is gone. I'm sure RO gained a few players due to KF though, and KF obviously gained players due to RO. So they benefit each other. Good job, you're following Valves model of turning Mods into Retail, and making them support each other.

Well buddy, that's what Steam reports. It's never been that wrong for me, usually very accurate.

According to Steam, more people play RO than UT3(This is including Official numbers from UT3, usually 600-700 at peak, RO tops that, ahah). I find that hilarious on so many levels...I dunno, I just do.

I think stats for RO are not showing correctly. No way peak numbers are that high. Must be because of the broken server browser.

Also I like how on gamespy KF is a red orchestra mod

Hopefully then numbers will rise untill the end of the month and stay there. But I fear lots of people will get bored playing the same maps over and over again. There are difficulties and ranks but they're not for everyone.

Killing Floor is more popular than both CoD's? Wow. Now let's hope it stays that way. I think KF has a good chance of keep a high rank if it gets updated regularly.

And KF isnt available in the shops yet, according to the devs ro picked up alot of players with the retail release so if the same thing happened with KF well it defiantly bodes well for the long term health of the KF community.

Keep in mind, this is only counting people who play it through Steam. Steam only games though, are accurate.
