Its 5 days to release and the server browser doesnt work for many people.

Anytime i try to seek help i am either ignored or told to repeat the current process that doesnt fix the issue so my question is, will i be able to cancel my pre-order if the server browser isnt fixed by release date.

There are certain people here that seem to think the game being in beta is justification for all bugs when infact server browser issues should have been fixed a long time ago in closed beta.

With the ammount of people that have the same issue as me i cant help but think that tripwire have simply ignored it and focussed their efforts on pleasing the masses.

I understand it is a beta and all that.
But if i see some of those REALLY stupid bugs in the full release, without any fixes even with so many complains about it, i will just be :(

Steam handles orders NOT Tripwire, go to the steam forums and ask, not here.

If its before the release date and you bought it on Steam, I'm sure you can cancel it. That is an issue with Steam though.

Just saying, if there are issues with the game when it is released, I have every confidence in TWI to fix them as fast as they possibly can afterwards. They have proven that with all the work they have done with ROOST and Killing Floor.

There is difference between playing the beta and sitting there staring at the wall because the beta simply doesn't work at all, which is the case many DDE-purchasers are finding themselves in.

TWI has 5 days to fix a game that has a huge array of bugs. I'm sensing another delay.

TWs track record has shown continuous patches, fixes, and free dlc with both roost and killing floor

I have no doubt that HoS will also be fixed to perfection

If the server browser is not working for you at this point, the problem is on your end. Everybody I have debugged this for has found that security software or a router is blocking the ports RO/Steam is using.

If you can prove otherwise, please let me know!
