2012 is worse than I thought. Soon we will have search long and hard for a box of twinkies. Before we know it, zombies will be eating our family and friends too.

Two things.

- To an extent, yes it is the UNION's fault (note: I didn't say workers). To keep it simple, its the "bird in the hand is hand is worth two in the bush" or "all or nothing" principle. I don't subscribe to the class warfare BS, although it would have been a good show of faith for management to take cuts as well.

- Yes, someone else will pickup the brand/products and market them. Consumers shouldn't panic.
