If F.E.A.R. 2 is turns out to be alot better than the original then that is the 2009 game I'm most looking forward to.

Gotta be ArmA 2. Why? well, because despite the bugs and jumpy gameplay of ArmA, I still had some great times playing it.

Meanwhile, I'll keep an eye on OFP2, it might be awesome but at the moment, with the cross-platform bullsh*t, it looks like it's going to a bit of a dissapointment.

Oh and of course, Empire:Total War FTW

Firearms was pretty awesome. Bandaging, tactical reloads, custom classes. I knew some ppl wanted to do a source version back in like 2003 when HL2 released. Is this even close to releasing?

Yeah it looks like its shaping up for a close release.

The Devs sound like they have their heads screwed on. Especially regarding map design.

Sounds, models and skins are looking very well.

The content they show in this mod looks incredibly good.

It has been in development for about 5 years though.

Imo, they should take as long as they need. Remaking HL is no easy task. The guys seem to be up to the task, and the long development time can be explained by the fact that it's hardly their full-time job
