2 Questions. Controller sens and Server Map download question

Hey,

is it possible to disable the sprint lower sensivity feature on controllers ingame? when you sprint and look around with xbox controller the sens is lower..

Question 2: how can i make it possible that players can download maps from my server while joining wich are not from workshop? i downloaded it
and inserted the name in mapcycle.

i dwnloaded kf-winterfarm, uploaded it to my ftp-server \maps\kf-winterfarm
and i added a line in GameMapCycles=

and one more question: how to set costum map to start map?
