2 problems.

I just got RO, I have an older PC but it works smoothly on low graphics settings, but theres 2 problems.

1: The loading time is waaaay to long, it takes atleast 1 minute and 30 seconds or 3 minutes to load a match.

2: The screen gets desynchronized with the monitor, it will move to the left or down and I won't be able to see part of the screen.

The slow loading times are probably because you don't have quite enough system memory, or their are lots of things running in the background using up all the memory
Try setting the screen size (desktop and game) to 800 x 600 x 60hz, that suits most monitors, and is a good starting point, you can then start increasing the size of the game screen until it fails to fill the whole screen, or starts disappearing off the edges
