Here are 2 crash dumps, one when accessing the Server browser and another when actually in-game. Do note i was not using the latest 11.8 drivers yet, i just downloaded and installed those and will continue my way.

Setup used was:
Intel Q9550 processor
Kingston HyperX 4gb memory
Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3L motherboard
ATI HD 4870 graphics card
