That is up to the community. As creator, I am not moraly allowed to suggest any ways to kill him.
Anyways page 3 completed, 45/100 ways allready suggested.
Also, could someone give me a download link to the Lead Pipe mutator or in wich maps can I use it and a dl link to said maps? Thank you.

For the lead pipe i think you only have to enablecheats on console and then type: Summon KFMod.batpickup

It seems to be already on original files of KF (hidden lol).
At least i never download nothing and that worked for me

this was done on the kf-arcade-gasstation map or whatever it was called. dont remember which one of them. but we was a team of 6 one of us was berserkers. just beeing spiece of loaf getting cutted to pieces. and the 5 others was demolitions. they stood shooting atillery nades up in the air making a huge barage rain! of 30 nades raining on top of the patriarch.
It took like 6-7times to get it right. but it was totally worth it. I was supose to add the movie here. but it somehow got corrupt :/
The christmas excecution style!
We to kill the patriarch by standing in a line in front of a door only using LAR and dont get hit at all! we lined up as the Santa character dlc guy. we shoot the Patty when came through the door. and killed him flawlesly without him even moving as much as a inch. just like a excecution squad. but we kinda failed since 1 of my friends found it funny to throw nades in the end of each movie -.-

Gotta go fast : everybody is a berserker or a medic at high level, and everybody run after the patriarch when he is trying to escape ! Try to kill him while healing !
I can see my house from here ! : Kill the patriarch when he made you fly (after a punch).
I have yet to meet someone who can outsmart a bullet... : One shot One kill, only one bullet is fired during the patriarch's wave and this little bullet give the final blow !
Death at the corner : 4 players, 1 room, 4 corner, they are not allowed to move from their corner and must kill paty from it !

What a good timing - Patriarch dies from his own rocket being set on fire by firebug (not sure if possible but heard so)
LAR vs LAW - 6 supports with only LAR and LAW kill Patriarch in the combination: before first heal LAR, before 2nd heal LAW, then again LAR, and last LAW
Who said medic's guns are useless!? - as 6 medics kill Patriarch using ONLY medics weapons (IJC pack weapon doesn't count)
Exchange of fire - kill Patriarch with a ranged weapon while you get hit with his rocket

He died in the way of Samurai - drop Katana at dead body of Patriarch
I'd do that with my legs tied - kill Patriarch with any ranged weapon without moving (weapon knockback and Patriarch pushing player doesn't count)
Kill or be killed - At offices stay at the top window edge with only a crossbow and kill Patriarch before he knocks you off to death. Also, once Patriarch dies, jump through the window without dying.
Sharpcommandemolition - kill Patriarch using only M4 203 without firing a single grenade with ONLY HEADSHOTS
10 seconds break - kill patriarch as Firebug using ONLY single fires from flamethrower with breaks which take AT LEAST 10 seconds so Patriarch takes max DOT damage from fire.
Keep the body above - after Patriarch dies team has to use only rapid fire weapons to keep Patriarch's dead body up so it doesn't fall until the "Squad Survived" text appears.
Bots are deadly as well - In The Hive V2FC (the whitelisted one) let a bot soldier kill Patriarch using bullpup.
Kited to death - In RE1 Mansion Story (either as zerker or medic) at Patriarch wave don't shoot a single bullet, don't melee anything and don't use Pipe bombs, only ways the specimen + Patriarch are allowed to be hurt with is their friendly fire or hurting themselves.
5-star hospital - 6 medics, 5 can only use syringe or healing darts + kevlar, one can use any non-tier 3 ranged weapon + kevlar and grenades.
It sucks to be me - during Patriarch wave you are allowed to play as demolition, have no kevlar, have only 1 hp and use only hand grenades. Welding, healing, picking up kevlar and using any weapon except from grenades is no option.
Wet Willy - At Manor kill Patriarch with any sharpshooter weapon hit to the ear. Patriarch must land in the water.

There can be only SIX ? : all the players are demolitions and they kill the Patriarch using Claymore Swords only !

I know the pipes' hats were suggested before, but here you have to come behind him...
Example : you come explode behind him when he is trying to heal. It would be a lot like one of those creepers, always coming from behind when you do something else ! But I don't think a lot of people here like Minecraft anyway...

I've got balls of steel - Get shot with Pat's rockets directly at least 3 times and yet kill Patriarch with 100 healthpoints
Deadly scratch - Don't hit Patriarch without any melee weapon until the last, deadly knife alt-fire/machete primary fire.
In Texas we ride'm - jump at Patriarch's head and kill him with alt-fire double barreled shotgun just while you get the jump off his head
Poor little Pat, here, take my gun - as pack of 6 supports leave at least 12 guns right under Patriarch then finnish him with any weapons. (evil one)
Spy check - Kill Patriarch with the cheapest shotgun or an axe while he's invisible and set on fire
Once upon a time there was a bloody stinking, pathetic... - Have a Patriarch wave be at least 15 minutes long without being hit, without loosing Patriarch off sight, letting him heal 3 times and insult him more than 50 times.
When I said behind you - I wasn't lying - One player has to be behind Patriarch until he heals 3 times, then gives him finnishing blow (he can't be hurt during being behind Patriarch, nor be spotted) and the player has to say "Behind you idiot!" taunt (or so, don't remember if it was behind you, behind you idiot or something else)
Endless cutscene - Kill Patriarch during his entrance cutscene (I am sure you can damage him, but not sure if you can kill him before the cutscene ends, but I think the cutscene never ends until you get off his sight or something, not sure)
Penalty dick for being dumb - Kill Patriarch by making him step in Penalty dick made of pipe bombs (None of the pipes can survive, all of them have to explode, at least that'd be awesome)
Woody Buttf*cker - On mountainpass run around trees avoiding all his shots awhile a player with Tier1 weapon shoots him from behind to death. If Patriarch picks on the friend, the roles change (both players can use only T1 weapons)

In the game you're blindfolded and you have to pin a tail to a drawing of donkey without a tail. here, same thing you're supposed to do, where the pin is the machete, the donkey is Patriarch. The prize isn't big, it's just for fun. 6 players have to distract Patriarch without hurting him meanwhile the "Blindfolded" player pins the tail to Patriarch right in between the lower-back cheeks. The mission is accomplished while Patriarch dies without any other damage dealt than from the machete guy from behind. And well, I think the guy is the cheater, he never was bildfolded.

Wrong target - On Abusement Park force Patriarch to hit all of the clots which are tied to the spinning wheels (If I am not wrong there are at least three) and kill him while he shot the last one.
Explosive Farts - Kill Patriarch and Bloat both at the same time with those both conditions:
- Bloat says "what's that smell?"
- Right after Bloat says that, firebug sets Bloat on fire
- At the same time the firebug shots with flamethrower/husk launcher, the demolition kills both Bloat and Patriarch with explosives

Pacman - Start the Patriarch wave with 0 ammo in your T1 weapon and run around map while Patriarch spawns to get the ammo. Kill Patriarch using only the T1 weapon. (Picked up random-spawned weapons count too unless Axe/Machete)
Protana fight - Kill Patriarch using only Prochete and Katana. After each hit change to the other melee weapon.
Mirror - Have a Demolition with full armor and LAW stand still and not shot Patriarch meanwhile Medic stands behind him, also with full armor and only syringe + medic guns, also not shoting Patriarch, and let Demolition shot Patriarch only after Demolition gets hit, then Medic has to heal the Demolition and himself. Patriarch has to die from his rocket mirrored (or in this case, Demolition shoting the rocket from LAW at Patriarch while being hit)

Trashtruck - At Pat fight all players have to be supports with prochete, 2 pistols, 2 deagles, M79, axe and mac10.
Raisins in my Bloatcake - Only M79 allowed while at Pat wave there will be at least 20 bloats.
Right in the tentacle - Kill Patriarch using Crossbow right in the tentacle while he tries to hit another player with it.
This is the most awkward situation to get boner - Kill Patriarch using crossbow right in the balls while he tries to hit another player with the tentacle.
Oven-baked Patrick - Let Husk kill Patrick with his fireball. Melee kill doesn't count!
When 'ey bite teh sand - Make Patriarch do at least double flip in air and land with face down at Desert map (forgot name but as far as I know it's whitelisted)
Slloow doown yoou assshoooles... - while Patriarch dies within 30 seconds from spawn tell your team mates with the commands to slow down (think it's wait for me or something) while the slo-motion is on.
Locked in - At Aperture lock him INSIDE the glados core and force him to suicide from boredom (the other ideas are to be locked in the glados core, here Patty is locked in, harder to do and funnier this way!)
Just my luck - Kill Patriarch in less than 2 seconds since when he appears from being invisible right in front of you.
Rocket Science - At Aperture avoid every Patriarch's rocket and make Patriarch kill all of his children using rockets (no welding allowed). Make him die with his creations!
100 whitelisted hits to kill Patriarch - Hit Patriarch exactly 100 times with any weapons (all have to be direct hit, none missed) and that has to be exactly it to kill him.

I need to cool down - Kill Patriarch with flamethrower OFFPERK.
Lucky Mortar - on Mountainpass kill Patriarch using M79 (but you have to aim up, you can't direct-hit him, it has to fall at him from the sky, like if it was mortar).
Heal him before he dies! - 5 medics have to use alt-fire medic guns at Patriarch all the time meanwhile the 6th player shots at him and eventualy kills him. Team of assholes ain't enough to stop him from killing Patrick
11-nades trick - Did you know that once as support/demolition you get 6 nades u can change to other perk and when you pick up the ammo box you get nades up till 11 even though you aren't demo/support? (remember not to throw any nades though until you get above 6, and never go under 6). Well, simply as any other perk than demo/support throw all 11 nades at Patriarch and kill him with them (hope possible to kill, if not then gotta add some weapons to it)

Slloow doown yoou assshoooles... - while Patriarch dies within 30 seconds from spawn tell your team mates with the commands to slow down (think it's wait for me or something) while the slo-motion is on.
Locked in - At Aperture lock him INSIDE the glados core and force him to suicide from boredom (the other ideas are to be locked in the glados core, here Patty is locked in, harder to do and funnier this way!)
Just my luck - Kill Patriarch in less than 2 seconds since when he appears from being invisible right in front of you.
Rocket Science - At Aperture avoid every Patriarch's rocket and make Patriarch kill all of his children using rockets (no welding allowed). Make him die with his creations!
100 whitelisted hits to kill Patriarch - Hit Patriarch exactly 100 times with any weapons (all have to be direct hit, none missed) and that has to be exactly it to kill him.

I need to cool down - Kill Patriarch with flamethrower OFFPERK.
Lucky Mortar - on Mountainpass kill Patriarch using M79 (but you have to aim up, you can't direct-hit him, it has to fall at him from the sky, like if it was mortar).
Heal him before he dies! - 5 medics have to use alt-fire medic guns at Patriarch all the time meanwhile the 6th player shots at him and eventualy kills him. Team of assholes ain't enough to stop him from killing Patrick
11-nades trick - Did you know that once as support/demolition you get 6 nades u can change to other perk and when you pick up the ammo box you get nades up till 11 even though you aren't demo/support? (remember not to throw any nades though until you get above 6, and never go under 6). Well, simply as any other perk than demo/support throw all 11 nades at Patriarch and kill him with them (hope possible to kill, if not then gotta add some weapons to it)

this looks interesting. Only question I have, is that if the enemy can lose health when being stomped on in the head, does things like height factor into how much damage is done? And does the fall damage apply to you and the zed, or you the zed?
Only thing that matters is that Pat dies that way, doesnt matter what happens to others as much as it's original
