try enabling framrate smoothing and in the ini files change the framerate smoothing limits.

Just google it for ut3 , and you should find a guide.

I've now heard both "Disable Framerate Smoothing" and "Enable Framerate Smoothing" in order to get better FPS, not sure which route to go...

Dude, I have a 120Hz monitor, but why are you even worried about it?

The max FPS i've seen even with my overkill PC is averaging 50... you'd need a PC that dropped from a wormhole leading to the future to need to worry about pushing 120 FPS in this currently

my pc is gtx 580 sli, 16 gb ram i7 2600k 5300 mghz OC, so yeah, i want full 120.
Its normally stuck at 100, i want more
btw thinking about buying MARS ROG 2 SLI later
