I tried it myself in local game and wasn't falling through floor until wave 5. I was running from zeds and fell through the floor...
I've opened several maps from workshop(including mine KF-IceArena) which have landscape and the material on landscape is reset to the default white+blue. This happened since some recent update.

I've opened my map KF-IceArena in latest editor and recompiled it. Noticed that static shadows from trees became very inaccurate. Here is a comparison

Join server with players playing
Do nothing, don't press Ready, wait for wave finish, then for wave start
When wave starts all UI gets hidden
If press Esc, UI appears but there is no Ready button
Thus can't join game

Usually this dialog window shows frags/kills for all games, but in KF2 it shows money. I think it's a bug and it should show kills per player
I've connected a smaller single monitor to my PC with 1366x768 native resolution and can't set this resolution in KF2. There is no such option. I've checked all aspect ratios
Previously I had 1920x1200 connected which worked fine.

Is there a way for level designer to modify zed spawning for each wave? For example to spawn scrake in first wave.
If there is no way I think it would be a nice feature for modders to even further customize their maps
I've used this tutorial. Right click on Brush - Convert - Static mesh. But lightmaps aren't working correctly, no splatter maps on resulting mesh. I check this using "SplatterMap density" view option.
And the automatic collision generation doesn't work well with complex brushes

I would like to host more then one Killing Floor 2 dedicated server on my laptop. How is this done and which ports do I need to change and forward for it to work?
Because after each update my first server gets full instantly so I can't even join it. And I don't kick people
Shows 0.0% and Cance button. This will kill custom map playing as everybody seing the 0.0% presses Cancel and wont join

I've tried setting it both in PostProcessVolume and WorldInfo and nothing changes. KF-BurningParis and KF-Catacombs use them, but from what I checked it doesn't give any effect.

I've read on wiki that custom materials are not supported in Killing Floor 2 atm, only custom MIC are supported. I've also read in changelog that Landscapes are now fully supported.
But are there any parent materials to apply to Landscape?
Looks like SkyLight adds ambient lighting to all static meshes in a map.
Is there a way to create completely dark interiors which are not lit by SkyLight?
