Damm I have that same problem. You fire a tank round normally (1 click), reload and then when the reload is done you have to click the mouse button at least three times for the tank to fire again. Happens to me a handful of times on Orel.

The Bf110 failed in its role as a twin engine heavy fighter or escort fighter because of its twin engine configuration and wing loading/weight (making it unmaneuverable) not because of bad design as you stated previously. Read more carefully! As for the Me210 only one version was a "bad plane":)...
The Bf110 was not a bad plane! It was used in the wrong role. The Messerschmitt Bf110 was originally designed as a twin engine heavy fighter. The only problem with the Bf 110 was its poor maneuverability. Its size and weight meant that it had high wing loading, which limited its manoeuvrability...
