Does this work with mutators aswell?

So i currently have rtd running on the server and it works fine, but when we say lure in flesh pounds or something none of the zeds spawn at all. Can someone help me with this?

Hello, i'm kinda new to the zed manager mutator. I'd like to know if there is a way i can get all the WTF to spawn without taking out any other zeds. So far i have this. ZedDefs=Kind=WTF",Username=,Package=,Classname=WTF.ZombiesMut",bEnable=True,bLocked=False) but they don't seem to spawn

I have server perks loaded, but it won't allow me to buy any DLC Weapons. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks for your help.
