My friend of mine is getting that bug where you don't keep the exp after each match. He already reinstall twice from scratch and did it twice with the verify cache which did not fix the problem. He running on a mac and the problem started like 3 weeks ago as he notice he was stuck at level 4...

I log on today and for some reason my health/ammo display is not displaying at all..... Does anyone know a way to fix this? I did verify cache and did not fix it.
