    Modding existing guns and energy level

    Hi, I'm new to this forum and have recently started playing RO. I just want to know how to mod existing bullet damage for different guns and the accuracy of these guns. Also, I want to know how to decrease the total stamina level. P.S. oh, and decrease walking speed as well.
