Another question instead. I have fixed the three towers and a gigant pterodactyl (I think it is spelled that way) has showed up. Flies around hurling explosive eggs (?). In short - it kills me. Any tips on how to get past?

I suppose everyone that has played the game knows this place. In the first temple (forgotten name of the area) in the cellar there is a round room with a big worm in the middle. I notice there is support balks around it I can knock on, probably to knock down the ceiling? But I just get chompt up...
