I can easily play KF with around 280 ping, not much of an issue on killing floor.

Sounds like you need to open your ports so your friend can join you unless you want to host your own server. Search killing floor ports on any popular search engine, open them up and try getting your friend in.

The browning we introduce will only be hip held as a normal weapon, tripod not included.

for example, we'll use long ( 10 waves ) 1 = every wave 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 2 = every other wave 2 , 4 , 6 , 8 , 10 3 = every 3'rd wave 3 , 6 , 9 and so on, hope this helps.
