This will not happen for some time for sure. TWI already said, that they would need to redo ALL of the character animation to match female moves, and that is one hell of the job. So just get over it

Try to verifying your game cache on KF. Because I have TF2 from Orange box, and I have those characters in Killing Floor. It is probably those files missing..

Game work fine for me. And I could play the game from the first time I bought it. It should be because of your PC configuration. Just PM one of the TWI members with your error, and you should get the answer how to fix it. And yes, sometimes ammo bugs is annoying...
