    I think the main thing that causes that drag feeling is when one of the numbers is over 1 million because you only see progress on the bar and when you it goes up by 100K, which makes it feel slow. If it was expanded to the second digit ( 1.42mil for example ), progress wouldn't feel as slow.

    Two questions.

    Given that all perks have a damage requirement excluding sharpshooter and medic, playing online ups the health of enemies and offers more of them, meaning that perks do level faster online. Plus it's less boring online.

    No, you misread. It would do the whitelist check against all maps you have installed on your computer / server and populate a playlist with them. Not download all the whitelisted maps or something like that.

    Something tells me that's not a good idea. L7 Berserker + L7 Medic. L7 Support + L7 Demolitions L7 Sharpshooter + L7 Commando It would lead to some really broken combinations if it was full mix. Would be neat to see a non-whitelisted mutator that does this, though.

    I feel this is somewhat untrue. I've killed a husk charging his cannon at another person, and after he falls down, the cannon fires the shot off to the side while he's dead sometimes, suggesting there's a cut-off point in the animation before it fires regardless of the husk being dead or not.
